When I say outside I don’t mean the outer you

I mean the inner you that is part of all that is on the outside

Trees, Grass, Flowers, Plants, Animals, Marine life, Water, Dirt, Wind, Sun, Moon, Stars

Whenever you feel ungrounded, powerless, fearful, too much in your head, go outside and bond with nature, for it’ll give you all the answers you need as the inner and outer selves bond into ONE!
