Banana French Toast

Here’s an easy quick recipe that both you and your kids will enjoy. It’s not your typical french toast but it was still very yummy healthier alternative to the usual.

Ingredients: 3 organic bananas 1 tsp ground flaxseed Splash of Almond Milk 3 slices of bread (I used organic whole wheat) Vegan butter (I used earth balance)

Banana Puree: 3 organic bananas (organic is optional) 1 tsp ground flaxseed Splash of Almond milk (or any vegan milk) BLEND until creamy

Melt a tsp of butter in a pan Dip bread into the banana puree on both sides Put in pan, cook each side until brown Might take longer to brown but keep an eye on it. Pour leftover banana puree on top of toasts or you can use any syrup of your liking. Even sprinkle some cinnamon if you’d like. Enjoy!
